Clinical Lab, Radiology, Ultrasound and EchoCardiography Services
Fanno Creek Clinic offers its patients the convenience of on-site clinical lab, radiology, ultrasound, and echocardiography services. 

A new Chemistry Analyzer is now in use, allowing the lab to run a broader range of tests in a quicker time frame, providing high quality, timely lab results for our patients.

Clinical Lab Services
State of Oregon/CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) approved and College of American Pathologists certified, our clinical lab has the capacity to measure over 50 different blood and biological fluid analytes for our physicians/providers including:

•  Urinalysis
•  Pregnancy           
•  Complete Blood Counts
•  Strep                   
•  Routine Blood Chemistry Analysis   
•  HIV Screening
•  Rheumatoid Arthritis Screening           

Outside lab tests conducted by Oregon Medical Labs (OML)

Hours of Operation:
Laboratory
8am to 5pm Monday through Wednesday and Friday
7:30 am to 5pm Thursday

XRay
8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
