Fanno Creek Clinic offers its patients the convenience of on-site clinical lab, mammography, radiology, ultrasound, and echocardiography services. Multiple chemistry analyzers allow our lab to run a broader range of tests in a quicker time frame, providing high quality, timely lab results for our patients.

Hours of Operation

Laboratory
7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday

Mammography
8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday

Medical Imaging Services (X-ray)
8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday

Clinical Lab Services

State of Oregon/CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) certified. Our clinical lab has the capacity to measure over 50 different blood and biological fluid analytes for our physicians/providers including:
• Urinalysis
• Pregnancy
• Complete Blood Counts
• Strep
• Routine Blood Chemistry Analysis
• HIV Screening

Outside lab tests conducted by Legacy Laboratory Services.
