Most FCC providers will be offering telemedicine visits during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, individual providers may set their own guidelines for these types of visits.

If you have a scheduled televisit appointment with your provider, simply click on the their link below and you will be directed to the waiting room where you will prompted to enter your name. Please enter your full name upon entry so that the provider easily identify and reference the appointment on his/her schedule.
To use the service, it is required to have a functional webcam on your PC, MAC, smartphone, or tablet. A video connection is required for these visits and they cannot be audio only. If it is not functional, please consult support for the manufacturer of your device. It is recommended to be connected to WiFi and have strong internet connection. There are no apps to install, simply connect using one of the supported browsers listed in the documentation below.
*9/17/20 - Some patients have experienced issues when using the Firefox browser during their telemedicine visits. DOXY is investigating the issue and currently recommending use of Chrome or Safari in order to connect.*
