Providers

Primary care is provided by practitioners specifically trained for and skilled in comprehensive first contact and continuing care.

Primary care includes:

  • Patient advocacy in the health care system to accomplish cost-effective care by coordination of health care services.
  • Promoting effective communication with patients and encouraging the role of the patient as a partner in their health care.

At Fanno Creek Clinic, each of our primary care physicians is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
