On-site specialists allow our patients to see various care providers at one location, quicker appointment scheduling, and a single, integrated billing office. Please check our specialists page frequently as we are often expanding our list of available specialty providers.

Fanno Creek Clinic specialists are preferred providers for most insurance companies, we suggest you review your coverage before making an appointment to see one of our specialists.

If your insurance requires a referral please contact our Referral Coordinator at 503-452-0915, ext. #149.

If you have not been seen by your primary care physician regarding the issue for which you are seeking a referral, you may be asked to come in for an evaluation prior to being referred to a specialist.
