Specialists

In addition to our primary care staff, Fanno Creek Clinic provides comprehensive health care for patients with the following specialists located on-site. This allows patients to see various doctors at one location, quicker appointment scheduling and one insurance/billing office. Please check the specialists tab frequently as we are expanding the list of speciality providers.

While Fanno Creek Clinic specialists are preferred providers for most insurance companies, we suggest that before making an appointment to see one of our specialists, you review your coverage.

If your insurance requires a referral, then contact Brenda at 503-452-0915, ext. #149.

If you have not been seen by your primary care physician regarding the issue for which you are seeking a referral, you may be asked to come in for an evaluation prior to being referred to a specialist.
